Orange Supreme Cookies

These cookies are sure to be a big hit and they are very easy to make.

  • Hands-On Time: 15 Minutes
  • Total Time: 40 Minutes
  • Servings: 4 Dozen

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Duncan Hines Orange Supreme Cake Mix
  • 1/3 Cup Oil
  • 2 Eggs

Baking Instructions

  1. Mix cake mix, oil and eggs in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Roll into 1" balls.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from cookie sheet and let cool on wax paper or cooling rack.
  5. Optional: Frost with Duncan Hines Vanilla Frosting.

Underbake to get moist fudge-like brownies

I have discovered that by underbaking my brownies by five to eight minutes from what the box states I get a more moist fudge like brownie. Underbaking by a bit also ensures I don't get a brownie brick (dry, hard, or burned due to overbaking).
