A very good, almost perfect, recipe for cookies, just right!! Your kids will love them, the hubby will too!!
- 2 1/4 c. flour, self-rising
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels
- 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine butter, sugars, and vanilla; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 min.
