These are very nice and chewy. They are also very easy to make.
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Spice cake mix
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1.5 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 cup milk
- Nuts and Raising (optional)
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F and line some cookie sheets with baking parchment - or grease some cookie sheets or use nonstick cookie sheets.
- Combine all the ingrediants together.
- Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
- Stir in oats.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool before eating to enjoy the flavor.

A few ingredient measurements are missing from this oatmeal cookie recipe, including ones for the flour, baking soda, salt, spices, and most importantly, oats!<p> Could you kindly revise this recipe and include all ingredients and their measurements? <p> Thank you.
