I'm not a big fan of peanut butter cookies, but I make them because my dad likes them. These were simple to make and very delicious. I used French Vanilla Moist Deluxe cake mix because I didn't have the Classic Yellow.

I made these just as the directions said and they were so easy! They were a huge hit at the party and I've already had several requests to bring them again. I'm going to try this same recipe with different cake mixes next time.

I made these with yellow cake mix, they were great. Then I tried devil's food cake mix and added mixed chips-- to die for!

I used chunky peanut butter and semi-sweet choc. chips, and I added some pecans. The cookies were very good! My husband liked them, and he is not a sweets eater, so for me I knew they were a hit.
Easy to make.
