Rich chocolate + creamy peanut butter = a perfectly magical cookie combination.
- 1 box Duncan Hines® Milk Chocolate Premium Brownie Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 7 oz. (28 pieces) miniature peanut butter cups (chopped)
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- In bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and oil.
- Stir in the chopped peanut butter cups into batter mix.
- Spoon onto lightly greased or parchment lined cookie sheets.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are set (centers will be slightly soft.) Transfer cookies to wire rack with metal spatula and cool completely.

yeahhhh....I just made these and every single cookie stuck to the parchment paper. I've never had this happen with any other cookie I've ever made. I've never made brownie cookies before but I thought this recipe looked amazing and I was really excited about them. Now I'm just mad that a whole box of brownie mix just went to waste.
