These hearty treats are moist and chocolaty, full of the goodness of oats and generously studded with peanut butter chips.
- 1 box Duncan Hines® Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix
- 1 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray baking sheets with nonstick cooking-spray.
- In a large bowl combine brownie mix and oats. Add oil, eggs and water; stir by hand until combined. Dough will be thick. Stir in peanut butter chips.
- Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until just barely set in the center. Cool 1 minute on pans. Transfer to wire racks with a metal spatula and cool completely.
Variation:
- Substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips or white chocolate chips.

Recipe does not identify oats in ingredients. What quantity of oats to use?

Looks like they fixed the recipe. It calls for one cup of oats.
