Very yummy and very easy....I thought at first it would be too easy, and after making the batter, I thought they were very oily, but they turned out to be really good. I added about a cup of chopped pecans to mine, I wish I would've added more :) Also, they are very sweet, so next time, I'll probably add a little bit of salt to balance it out some....overall, I'd say this is the easiest cookie recipe EVER, and oh so good.

These were soooo easy to make and they were delicious. The house smelled great and my daughter said they were her new favorite cookie. I am an avid cookie baker and that says a lot about these cookies. Try them, you'll like them.

Just baked these today and they are great. I divided the batter, added the butterscotch chips to one half and chop pecans and dried cranberries the the other half. We can't decide which we like better. Both are so good.

I just made these, they are sooo yummy. I did take out the butterscotch and put in 1/2 Cup of rainsin and 1/2 Cup of Crasins. I didn't want the extra butterscotch suger.

This is an excellent and versatile recipe. I made a version of it today using Maple extract, walnuts and peanut butter chips. YUM.

I have made these twice. They didn't look picture perfect like the ones in the picture but they really did taste great! The first time I made them with Butterscotch Chips and the second time I made them with Chocolate Chunks. They were good but I really like the Butterscotch Chips better. If I make them again, I may add a bit more spice to the mix - maybe a touch of nutmeg.

These cookies are delicious if you like a sweet cookie! I got this cake mix for cheap and looked on your site to find something to make with it. I found these and loved them! I actually baked them for my husband's work but you know when you bake cookies you have to try just one :) They were great! I hope everyone else enjoys them as much as I did.

I am not a spice fan at all, but found this cake mix on sale for $.87 and decided to look on-line for a recipe to use this. I found these cookies. I have made them twice now and my family LOVES them. The first time I doubled the butterscotch chips. Not necessary as it made them too sweet, and I LOVE sweet. The second time I made them, I made ice cream sandwiches with them. I froze ice cream in a round cake pan lined with clear wrap. Froze the ice cream 24hours. I took a round cookie cutter the size of the cookies and used this to cut out circles of ice cream that fit the cookies perfectly. They were a hit! It was suggested I go to the store tonight and buy some butter pecan to use instead of vanilla. We'll see.
