Tips

just go with the flow

just go with the flow

Sometimes things wont work out how you plan but that's okay. instead of freaking out about your frosting not looking how you like just sit and think of a different approach. My favorite cupcake frosting is found in the Hello Cupcake and What's new Cupcake books. she slightly melts the frosting and dips the cupcake. while it's wet you can add sprinkles or sugar or little candies. i fall on this tip ALL the time when i cant seem to get frosting to swirl just right. it gives it a real pretty gloss.

Greasing Cookie Sheets

Greasing Cookie Sheets

Only grease your cookie sheets if the recipe clearly calls for you to do so. Cool and wipe sheets clean with a paper towel between batches if necessary.
