This is a wonderful cake for all occasions.
- 1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
- One 1 oz. can mandarin oranges
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 3.4 oz. package vanilla instant pudding
- 1 15 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 12 oz. size Cool Whip
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Mix cake mix, oranges, eggs, and oil.
- Divide cake mix into 2 - 9.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees F.
- Cool cake before icing.
- Combine pudding mix, pineapple with juice, and Cool Whip.
- Spread on cake liberally.
- Store cake in refrigerator.

I make this cake all the time, but I make it in three layers. I also use the butter recipe cake mix. I always get rave reviews on this cake.

This recipe is a winner. I use French vanilla instant pudding and the butter mix when I make it.
