Recipe Description
This is Banana cake with a little more banana flavor.

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 Box of Duncan Hines Banana Supreme cake mix
  • 4 medium bananas
  • Eggs
  • Oil (if the cake mix directions call for it.)
  • 1 tub of Duncan Hines Cream Cheese icing
  1. CAKE
  2. 1. Pour cake mix into good size mixing bowl.
  3. 2.. Use instructions for cake mix with exception of adding water.
  4. 3. Mash 3 med. bananas and add to mix.
  5. 4. (Use your own judgement of how much water to add for consistency of batter. 1/3 cups should be enough.
  6. 5. Spray cooking pan. (I use canola spray in a 13 x 9 glass dish.
  7. 6. Use cooking guide on cake mix box.
  8. ICING
  9. 1. Empty tub of cream cheese icing into small mixing bowl.
  10. 2. Mash one banana and add to icing.
  11. 3. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  12. 4. When cake has cooled quite a bit smooth icing over top.
