Easy to make -- very light.

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 box Jell-O mix, any flavor
  • 2 6-oz. containers of yogurt, same flavor as Jell-O
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  1. Add boiling water to Jell-O mix. Stir until dissolved.
  2. Add yogurt and mix.
  3. Add cool whip and mix.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
  6. Enjoy!
  7. Yogurt and Jell-O should be the same flavor. You could use any flavors you want. It is very easy!

I haven't tried this yet, but I can't see how I can go wrong with this one. I love using Cool Whip. It's light, airy, and infinitely healthier than whipped cream in my opinion. Thanks for the recipe.
