Easy to make -- very light.
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 box Jell-O mix, any flavor
- 2 6-oz. containers of yogurt, same flavor as Jell-O
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- Add boiling water to Jell-O mix. Stir until dissolved.
- Add yogurt and mix.
- Add cool whip and mix.
- Pour into crust.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Enjoy!
- Yogurt and Jell-O should be the same flavor. You could use any flavors you want. It is very easy!

I haven't tried this yet, but I can't see how I can go wrong with this one. I love using Cool Whip. It's light, airy, and infinitely healthier than whipped cream in my opinion. Thanks for the recipe.
