This is a very easy recipe that will satisfy your taste buds.
- 1 box Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
- 1 can (8 oz.) coconut milk
- 1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple , drained
- 1 container (8oz.) heavy cream, whipped
- 1/4 package (7oz.) shredded coconut
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Follow the cake according to directions on the box.
- Use a chopstick to poke holes on top of the cake.
- Pour coconut milk over cake and then spread crushed pineapple evenly over cake.
- Cool in refrigerator overnight.
- Spread whipped cream over cake and top with shredded coconut.

This is a very moist and delicious cake suitable not only for special occasions but anytime. It's a bit different than another that I have, which my family enjoys.
