This is a very easy recipe that will satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 box Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
  • 1 can (8 oz.) coconut milk
  • 1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple , drained
  • 1 container (8oz.) heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/4 package (7oz.) shredded coconut
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Follow the cake according to directions on the box.
  3. Use a chopstick to poke holes on top of the cake.
  4. Pour coconut milk over cake and then spread crushed pineapple evenly over cake.
  5. Cool in refrigerator overnight.
  6. Spread whipped cream over cake and top with shredded coconut.

This is a very moist and delicious cake suitable not only for special occasions but anytime. It's a bit different than another that I have, which my family enjoys.
