Tips

Angel Food Cakes without air pockets

Angel Food Cakes without air pockets

It's easier than you may think to prevent air pockets after filling your angel food cake pan with batter. Simply use your spatula to press batter into sides and bottom of pan. Or, you can cut through batter with a knife to remove air bubbles.

frosting creations

I like to frost my cupcakes with non flavored frosting creation frosting by putting it in a zippered bag and cutting the corner to swirl onto the cupcake. Then sprinkle the frosting creation powder lightly over the icing. It makes a beautiful presentation and just a light hint of flavor. This is also nice for a party to have different flavors.
