This is a combination of Fudge and white.... I made it into a checker board cake. For the icing, I used the dark frosting and decorated with piped semi sweet melted chocolate using a small round tip on parchment then freeze for about 8 mins then placed them om the edge of the cake.
- 2 DH cake mixes: 1 white and 1 Fudge
- 3 Dark DH frosting
- Raspberry preserves
- about 1/2 c of semi sweet chocolate
- Bake cakes as directed but in a checker board pan
- Baked and cooled. filled w/ Raspberry
- frosted the outside. Then decorated with piped melted chocolate on parchment paper
- using a toothpick to pick up the piped decorations.
