This is white cake mix. Instead of water, use green tea. Then puree some mango and orange preserves and use as filling.
- 4 Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
- Green tea (the anount called for water)
- White whipped frosting, about three containers.
- 1 jar Orange marmalade
- 1 jar preserved Mango
- Bake the cake as directed using the green tea for water in 4 greased 9 inch by 2 inch cake pans lined with parchment..
- Puree orange marmalade and mango.
- Fill between layers and stack up layers. Frost with the white icing. May decorate the cake in anyway you desire. May put Fondant (optional) over white icing.
