Easy to make. Moist and delicious. Great frosted with chocolate icing.
- 1 pkge. yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 oz.) pkge. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup grated semisweet chocolate
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, milk, oil and eggs. Beat on low speed of electric mixer for 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Stir in chocolate chips and grated chocolate.
- Pour into 2-9 inch cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Frost with a chocolate icing.
