- 1 Duncan HIines Angel Food Cake Mix - Bake according to directions on the box.
- 1 Container Duncan Hines Cream Cheese Frosting.
- 1 - 2 Containers Duncan Hines Whipped Frosting (depending on how thick you want the cake frosted).
- 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips.
- 1/3 Cup shortening
- Bake a Duncan Hines Angel Food Cake Mix as directed on the package.
- Cool and split in half lengthwise.
- Spread the botton layer with Duncan Hines Cream Cheese Frosting.
- Spread Raspberry Filling (Or any filling you desire) on top of the cream cheese frosting..
- Put second layer on top.
- Frost with Duncan Hines Whipped Frosting.
- Melt 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1/3 cup shortening in microwave for 40-50
- seconds or until mixture is melted. Stir together
- Drizzle chocolate mixture around the edges of the cake.
- Refrigerate if you are not going to use right away..
- Optional: Sprinkle the top of the cake with toasted coconut, chopped nuts or brickle bits.
