YOU MAY NEVER MAKE PUMPKIN PIE AGAIN! THIS DUMP CAKE IS SO EASY TO MAKE.

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 4 EGGS, SLIGHTLY BEATEN
  • 1 1/2 C SUGAR
  • 1 t SALT
  • 4 t PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
  • 2 CANS SOLID PACK PUMPKIN
  • 2 12-OZ CANS EVAPORATED MILK
  • 1 BOX DUNCAN HINES YELLOW CAKE MIX
  • 1 TO 1 1/2 C CHOPPED PECANS OR WALNUTS
  • 1 1/2 STICKS BUTTER, MELTED
  • WHIPPED CREAM OR COOL WHIP FOR TOPPING
  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
  2. WHISK EGGS SLIGHTLY IN LARGE BOWL. ADD NEXT 5 INGREDIENTS AND WHISK TOGETHER UNTIL COMBINED
  3. POUR INTO GREASED 9X13 PAN
  4. SPRINKLE DUNCAN HINES YELLOW CAKE MIX OVER THE MIXTURE
  5. DRIZZLE MELTED BUTTER OVER CAKE MIX
  6. SPRINKLE NUTS ON TOP
  7. BAKE 1 HOUR 20 MINUTES
  8. SERVE WARM OR COLD
  9. ADD WHIPPED TOPPING OF YOUR CHOICE
  10. ENJOY & SHARE!

I'm going to try this as soon as they get pumpkin back in the markets. The pumpkins on my vines are still too young......and I can't find any pumpkin patches that carry my favorite: Australian Blue Turbin Pumpkin.
