Yummy banana-flavored cake
- 1 box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Classic Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2-3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 mashed, ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1 container Duncan Hines Creamy Home Style Cream Cheese Frosting
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9'x12' pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients (except frosting) well for 2 minutes.
- Spread into pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
- This cake is an excellent way to use over-ripened bananas.

I followed this recipe exactly as written, and it never set. It had the consistency of pudding. I'm sure it tasted great, but it went straight to the trash. I could not serve it.

Just what I was looking for! This cake is so moist and delicious...we didn't even get the frosting on...it was gone. A winner with my family.
