Very moist delicious cake.

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon or less
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar or less if using sweetened apple sauce
  • 1 cup applesauce, natural or sweetened
  • 3 eggs
  1. Mix all ingredients except the apple sauce
  2. Add apple sauce
  3. Put in 9x13-inch pan
  4. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
