Cake
- 1 Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 13-ounce Cool Whip
- Prepare Duncan Hines cake as directed. When baked, prick cake generously with fork.
- Pour pineapple over cake while still hot.
- Blend pudding and milk;then blend in cream cheese. Spread mixture over pineapple; then cover with Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Garnish if desired with nuts or coconut.
