Snowy white - absolutely delicious cake.
- 1 white cake prepared in 9 x 13 pan
- 1 can coconut milk (I find that in liquor section of local WalMart grocery store)
- 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Lots of whipped cream or Cool Whip for frosting
- 2 cups coconut flakes.
- Bake the white cake as instructed on box. While still warm poke lots of holes all over cake (I use the handle of a wooden spoon).
- Pour Eagle Brand slowly all over the cake. Pour the coconut milk slowly all over the cake. Cover and refrigate
- Allow to soak 4-5 hours of over night.
- Frost with whipped cream and piled on coconut flakes.
