I followed the directions exactly...the cake is in the oven and has spilled over the top of the Bundt pan and is burning on the floor of the oven. What's up with that?

This truly is an AWESOME Bundt cake. I added a package of lemon pudding mix like suggested and only added half a can of frosting. The other half I slightly melted and used to glaze the cake. It was a HUGE success. Gorgeous and delicious. I'm now going to experiment with other cake/ frosting/ pudding combos. Hopefully they come out as good as this cake!

I followed the Lemon Awesomeness recipe as a bundt cake, except I used 2/3rd of a can of frosting in the mix, and added a dry package of lemon pudding. The cake rose beautifully, was so moist it almost fell apart, and I got SOOOO many compliments on it! You saved my reputation! Thank you!

decrease oil to 2/3 cup add a bit of lemon concentrated juice approx 1/8 cup. save some of the icing to drizzle over the top. this should keep the cake rising as it should. excellent combo of flavors.

Lemon Cake is my husband's favorite cake. But I jazz it up a little by doing the following. Follow your recipe above except add 1 box instant lemon pudding mix and 1/4 key lime juice. Awsome! Bake in layers and frost with the lemon frosting. I never thought of putting the frosting in the cake, must be very moist! Do you glaze it?

I didn't mean to say that I follow your recipe exactly, I follow your recipe except I don't put the frosting in the mix. I will try it though as it sounds fabulous!
