Big winner at every occasion, let me tell you it's a very delicious cake and trust me you'll want to make it for every occasion not just birthdays!!!!!

Ingredients Baking Instructions

Cake:

  • Banana Supreme Cake mix(1 box depending on how big you need your cake)
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil (use 1/3 Canola oil for lower calories)
  • 3 lg eggs (use 4 egg whites for lower calories)

Frosting:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese @ room temp. (use low fat if preferred)
  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 6 tbsp. butter-softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Garnish:

  • white chocolate curls(optional)
  1. cake:

  2. Preheat oven at 325.
  3. Using a bundt cake pan grease and flour lightly.
  4. In a lg bowl add water, oil, eggs,and cake mix.
  5. Mix all ingredients together for about 25 secs. on a low speed.
  6. Then beat on med. speed for about 5 secs.
  7. Pour into greased and floured bundt cake pan.
  8. Bake on 325 for 30-40 mins continuously checking after 30 mins.
  9. Check cake with a toothpick to see if it comes out clean.
  10. Cool completely before frosting.
  11. frosting:

  12. In a different bowl mix cream cheese, sifted powdered sugar, butter-softened, and vanilla extract. Mix on med. until smooth and all clumps are gone. Frost the cake and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

  14. You may garnish the cake with white chocolate curls to make it look great and also adding great flavor!!!!!!!

I made this cake on Thanksgiving it was delicious and can eat this cake all year long. I'll be looking for some more of your new recipes I really like to try new foods!!!!!!!!!
