A quick and easy recipe that is versatile for brunch, dessert or tea!
- 1 Duncan Hines Angel Food Cake Mix
- 1 15.9 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup sweetened coconut
- 1 Preheat oven to 350F and grease a fluted bundt pan or 13x9 bar pan
- 2 In a medium mixing bowl, mix together Duncan Hines Angel Food Cake Mix and crushed pineapple until thoroughly mixed but not overworked
- 3 Sprinkle 1/4 cup of coconut into pan, then pour in cake mixture finally sprinkling the remaining coconut onto the top of the cake
- 4 Place cake pan into oven and bake for 20-25 minutes for 13x9 pan or 30-35 minutes for bundt pan
- 5 Can be served with lemon or orange glaze or with whipped cream
