Tips

mosit cakes and cupcakes

mosit cakes and cupcakes

When mixing your cake/cupcakes. I always mix longer then recommended. When the mix looks fluffy I know Ive mixed enough. Everyone has always remarked how moist and light my cakes taste.

When Baking from scratch

When Baking from scratch

Always measure your flour scantly 'under' measure slightly, this will keep your cupcakes moist and light.
