Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 Box Duncan Hines Spice cake Mix
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup applesauce any flavor
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups raisins ( soaked in Orange Juice)
  • 1 tub of Duncan Hines Vanilla Icing
  1. Blend dry mix, water, applesauce &, eggs until moist then stir in raisins.
  2. Mix well pour batter into a 13x9 ( sprayed with Pam)
  3. Bake 350 for appox. 32 min. I do the toothpick check.
  4. Cool completly on wire rack for about 15-20 min. then frost
  5. * can be made into small cakes or cupcakes.
