Caramel Apple Cake

very good flavor , moist and delicious

  • Hands-On Time: 30 Minutes
  • Total Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
  • Servings: depends on how you slice it and which pan you use

Ingredients

  • 1- caramel cake mix
  • 1- butterscotch instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • Note: this is a 4 ounce pudding
  • you can make a glaze or frost

Baking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour a bundt pan or a 9 by13 pan
  3. Combine the first 6 ingredients . mix well
  4. Fold in apples, walnuts and raisins .
  5. Pour into prepared pan
  6. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick test shows cake is done.
  7. let cake cool a few minutes before removing from pan.
  8. If you glaze it do it while the cake is still warm.
  9. If you frost it wait till cake is cooled.

Spice & carrot cake

to make a white cake into a spice cake just add a pinch of nutmeg, ground ginger, and cinnamon. But if you want a carrot cake just add some shredded carrots to any veriaty of spice cake.

When making birthday or wedding cake icing, this is my recipe that every body loves because it don't taste to sweet. 2 cups crisco shortering 2 lb. powdered suger 1 tea. vanilla 1/2 almond extract mix all together
