- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3.5 tablespoons of flour
- 1.5 cups strawberries
- 1-2 tsp. sugar
- Beat egg yolks, milk, sugar, and flour until smooth.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry and fold in.
- Pour batter into a lightly greased frying pan, cover, and cook slowly over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Slice the berries. Sprinkle with sugar.
- Spoon over the cake, then roll up.
- Strawberry cake rolls are delicious with a cup of coffee or topped with ice cream.
