Have the taste of summer all year long with Strawberry Raspberry Cake. Sweet Duncan Hines Strawberry Supreme Cake and red raspberry preserves delicately wrapped with white chocolate curls.
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe® Strawberry Supreme Cake Mix
- 2 oz white chocolate baking bars
- 1/2 cup red raspberry jam
- 1 tub Duncan Hines® Creamy Home-Style Classic Vanilla Frosting
- Red raspberries
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Stir in 1/2 cup grated chocolate. Set aside remaining chocolate for garnish.
- Bake 28 to 31 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 15 minutes. Invert onto cooling racks. Cool completely.
- Place one cake layer on serving plate. Spread with jam. Top with remaining layer. Frost sides and top of cake with frosting. Garnish with remaining grated chocolate and raspberries.
