Recipe Description
Have the taste of summer all year long with Strawberry Raspberry Cake. Sweet Duncan Hines Strawberry Supreme Cake and red raspberry preserves delicately wrapped with white chocolate curls.

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Stir in 1/2 cup grated chocolate. Set aside remaining chocolate for garnish.
  3. Bake 28 to 31 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 15 minutes. Invert onto cooling racks. Cool completely.
  4. Place one cake layer on serving plate. Spread with jam. Top with remaining layer. Frost sides and top of cake with frosting. Garnish with remaining grated chocolate and raspberries.
