Such a moist and tangy cake! Made it for company and it was gone before the weekend was over! Definitely entering my recipe rotation.

I made this recipe with my grandchildren for Easter and everybody loved it. It was moist, flavorful and was a perfect harbinger of the coming of spring to New England.

This recipe was a big hit at Easter dinner. A worthy alternative to Key Lime pie and so easy to make.

It's a hit every time I bake. Very moist and especially tasty if you like the taste of key lime.
