jello icing for most all cakes

Ingredients

  • 1-box jello gelatin
  • same amount of confectioner sugar
  • small drops of water
  • jello will need to be flavor match to cake mix
  • i.e. orange on orange, lemon on lemon
  • in mixing bowl combine sugar and jello with small amt dropped water
  • do not make it too thin make it creamy
  • pour on cake and spread

Baking Instructions

  1. remember: cake mix flavor to match jello flavor
  2. i would like a feedback once you have tried this ..
  3. ppl i serve love this combination

Have noticed that if i will put a tablespoon of already prepared coffe in Chocolate cake or brownies, it seems to make the chocolate just just out is really something that has made the baking of most chocolate cakes cookies brownies a hit with everyone, just deduct that amount from the liquied the Duncan Himes recipe calls for,

I just wanted to comment. I raised my 6 children in Salem, NH. That was back in the 1960's. A friend of mine shared a recipe with me and my Duncan Heinz cake mixes became so moist. I used 4 eggs, 1 package of instant pudding, flavor of the cake, 2 cup of oil and cooked per the package instructions. Then some years later, don't know exactly when, Duncan Heinz put the pudding in the cake. People used to rave about my cakes, how moist and fresh they were. TYou. But, today, I just follow the package
