Chocolate Banana Rum Cake

Recipe Description
so delicious and such a great dessert after a dinner party. Just add a dollop of whipped cream and you are set. You don't need the butter, just a little oil and mashed bananas.

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 Box DH Deluxe Butter Fudge Cake Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 TBPS oil
  • 1.5 cups mashed riped bananas
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup rum (I used Myer's)
  • Whipped cream
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare your bundt cake pan.
  3. Place all ingredients except whipped cream in a mixer bowl and beat as directed on the package.
  4. Pour into cake pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
  5. Cool cake, slice and serve with dollop of whipped cream
