so delicious and such a great dessert after a dinner party. Just add a dollop of whipped cream and you are set. You don't need the butter, just a little oil and mashed bananas.
- 1 Box DH Deluxe Butter Fudge Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
- 3 TBPS oil
- 1.5 cups mashed riped bananas
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup rum (I used Myer's)
- Whipped cream
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare your bundt cake pan.
- Place all ingredients except whipped cream in a mixer bowl and beat as directed on the package.
- Pour into cake pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
- Cool cake, slice and serve with dollop of whipped cream
