Preheat oven to 325 degrees. This recipe is for a Bundt cake
- 1 Box Duncan Hines Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Raspberry Liqueur
- 1/2 Cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
- 12 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 Stick of Butter, 1/4 cup, softened
- 1 Lb Powdered Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Pure Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Pint Fresh Red Raspberries
- Grease bundt pan well.
- Blend cake mix, water, oil, eggs, salad dressing & Raspberry Liqueur, follow mixing instructions on box.
- Pour batter into bundt pan.
- Bake until cake tester when inserted comes out clean takes about 45 minutes
- Cool Before frosting.
- Frosting Recipe..
- Cream cheese & Butter together then add Vanilla
- Add powdered sugar, milk and mix, enough to make a thick glaze.
- Drizzle frosting over cake.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries
- Frosting make take more or less powdered sugar or milk depending on your preferance to consistancy. Would be good with a raspberry glaze made with raspberry liqueur and fresh berries over the frosting.
