Yellow cake with a cream cheese/vanilla pudding filling, whipped cream, and nuts
- 1 box yellow Duncan Hines cake mix
- 1 (4-oz.) package vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (8-oz.) tub cream cheese
- 2 large cans crushed pineapple
- 1 (12-oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Mix cake mix as directed on box and pour into greased or sprayed 9x13-inch pan. Bake as directed. Cool cake.
- Mix pudding as directed, saving a little milk for the cream cheese.
- Blend cheese and pudding together. Pour over cake and top with drained pineapple, Cool Whip, and chopped nuts.
- Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
