Pistachio Cake
- Duncan Hines White Cake mix
- 2 pkg of pistachio pudding
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix all the above items together
- pour in a bunt pan
- bake for 55 minutes

I tried this for the guys i cooked for and they LOVED it. So simple..I used Cool whip and another box of pudding for the frosting, light and refreshing

I was looking for a green dessert for St. Patty's Day. I made this recipe with a few adjustments: I sifted the pistachio nuts out of the pudding mix and made cupcakes instead of a cake. They turned out great! Thank you :)
