a decadent peanut butter cake lathered in amazingly delicious icing on top
- 2 tort wafers (16 inch) (round)
- 8 scoops of peanut butter (use cookie dough scoop)(kroger)
- 1 can chocolate icing (duncan hines)
- powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp butter (kroger)
- NO COOKING REQUIRED...
- set one wafer out.
- melt butter for 2:30 minutes
- mix 8 scoops butter melted butter and srinkle powdered sugar on the mixture
- spread peanut butter mixture over the single wafer.
- cover the peanut butter with the other wafer.
- spread the duncan hines chocolate icing over the wafer.
- sprinkle 2 tablespoons over the icing evenly and mix the powdered sugar with the icing
- ENJOY!!
