Orange marmalade cake w/ orange peanut butter icing
- 1 box Orange supreme cake mix
- 1 16 oz jar Orange marmalade
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding
- 4 oz plain cream cheese (room temp)
- 3-4 oz creamy peanut butter
- Garnish with orange candy slices (optional)
- 1.Mix eggs, oil, 6 oz marmalade, and water add cake mix and vanilla pudding.
- 2.Bake time is according to box instructions depending on what size pan you use.
- 3.In meantime mix with whisk peanut butter, soft cream cheese and remaining marmalade until all are blended well. No lumps from cream cheese or peanut butter.
- 4.Place in refrigerator to reset.
- 5.Allow cake to cool spread icing on cake and enjoy
