Chocolate cake, coconut-pecan filling and chocolate icing. Rich, creamy and delicious.
- 1 box Duncan hines chocolate cake mix with pudding in the mix
- 1 can Duncan Hines coconut-pecan icing
- 1 can Duncan Hines chocolate icing
- Make cake mix as instructed on box.
- Pour mix into 2 8inch cake pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Remove cooled cakes from pans.
- Put one cake upside down on plate, top with the whole can of coconut-pecan icing.
- Place other cake on top of coconut-pecan icing.
- Smooth chocolate icing on top and down sides of whole cake.
