This chocolate Bundt cake with peanut butter chips mixed in is a perfect dessert for those who love chocolate-peanut butter cups. It's perfect with some melted chocolate drizzled over the top.
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Swiss Chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 pkg. peanut butter chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (180 degrees C).
- Grease sides and bottom of a Bundt pan (either with shortening, or I used butter-flavored cooking spray).
- Flour lightly, if you are using shortening.
- Blend cake mix, eggs, water, and oil in a large bowl at low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds). Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Gently fold in the peanut butter chips.
- Pour batter into the Bundt pan and bake immediately. Bake 35-45 minutes, depending on your oven. Cake is done when toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
- Cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes. Flip Bundt pan over onto a serving plate and let cool completely. Frost, if desired.
