Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Swiss Chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 pkg. peanut butter chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (180 degrees C).
  2. Grease sides and bottom of a Bundt pan (either with shortening, or I used butter-flavored cooking spray).
  3. Flour lightly, if you are using shortening.
  4. Blend cake mix, eggs, water, and oil in a large bowl at low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds). Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  5. Gently fold in the peanut butter chips.
  6. Pour batter into the Bundt pan and bake immediately. Bake 35-45 minutes, depending on your oven. Cake is done when toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes. Flip Bundt pan over onto a serving plate and let cool completely. Frost, if desired.
