This is a great, fun cake! It reminds me of a orange cream frozen treat. Very refreshing and different!
Moist Deluxe Orange Supreme Cake Mix
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Orange Supreme Cake Mix
- 3 ounce package orange flavored gelatin mix
- 1 1/4 cup boiling water
- (1) 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 8 ounce thawed container frozen whipped topping
- STEP 1:Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions for a 9x13 inch pan.
- -Poke holes in the cake while it's still hot with the round handle of a wooden spoon.
- STEP 2:In a medium bowl, make orange flavored gelatin with only 1 1/4 cup of boiling water.
- -Pour liquid gelatin over cake while hot. Allow for gelatin to fill in holes on cake.
- -Cool cake completely.
- STEP 3: In a medium bowl, make vanilla instant pudding with only 1 cup of milk.
- -Stir in vanilla and orange extract.
- -Fold in whipped topping. Spread topping over cake.
- -Refrigerate cake until completely cooled before serving.
- STEP 4: ENJOY!

Here we go again with a version of the sheet cake recipes I've been looking for.The only difference is the use of the thawed whipped topping instead of the dry mix (dream whip) topping.Thanks for the variations,because now I can improvise on the original recipe and make my cakes!
