How to change the texture of your cakes

How to change the texture of your cakes

After your cake has cooled five minutes in the pan, CAREFULLY place a hand towel on top of the cake and press GENTLY until the center is level with the sides of the cake. Knocking the air out, changes the texture of the box mix enough that everyone will think you have made a cake from scratch.
