Tips

Yogurt supplement

Yogurt supplement

When making the yellow cake mix, I substitute vanilla yogurt for the liquid. The quality of the cake is really great and even more moist.. Try mixing Pina Colada flavored yogurt to a 2 - 3oz. packages whipped cream cheese and 1 cup of sour cream to make a yummy frosting for the cake.

No cupcake holders needed.

If you run out of cupcake papers don't panic. I just spray cooking spray in the muffin tin and they pop right out after baking. The kids love this because they think it is fun too decorate the cupcake like a whole cake with frosting all around not just on the top.
