Chocolate Molten Lava Cake
- 45 Minutes
- 1 Hour 30 Minutes
- Prepare the frosting as directed and place into the piping bag
- Pipe 24 quarter size discs and place in the freezer for 30 minutes or until hard
- Meanwhile, prepare the cupcake batter as directed.
- Deposit the batter into 12 lined cupcake molds.
- Place two discs on top and place in the oven.
- Bake at 350°F for about 20-23 minutes.
- Serve immediately or set aside to cool and rewarm in the microwave.
