This is the Ducan Hines White Cake with white chocolate instant pudding. I make it with raspberry cream cheese frosting.
- Ducan Hines White Cake Mix
- White chocolate instant pudding
- Frosting: 1 brick of cream cheese, 1 stick softened butter, 1 Tbsp. vanilla, 3 Tbsp. milk, 2 Tbsp. raspberry preserves (seedless)
- Add white chocolate instant pudding to Ducan Hines White Cake Mix.
- Follow recipe for Ducan Hines Pound Cake (4 eggs, 1/2 cup oil, and 1 1/4 cup water).
- Use Bundt pan. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- Make frosting loose so that it can be drizzled over cake.
