This is an extremely easy way to put a twist on ordinary brownies.

  • Hands-On Time: 10 Minutes
  • Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines fudge brownies
  • 1/2 package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Baking Instructions

  1. Mix brownies as directed on box.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of cream-cheese mixture onto brownies.
  4. Bake as directed on box.
  5. Cream cheese may need to be heated to mix well.

Perfect frosting

Perfect frosting

Cool cake in fridge, Use room temperature whipped frosting, mix it in the frosting container before applying to cake, Spread icing on cake, dont worry if any cake can see through, Put the cake in the fridge for 30mins til icing is hard, then take back out, and use the rest of the room temperature icing on the cake, and it will be thicker, and cover easier. Decorate, and fridge again.

Butter or margarine will cut easier into the flour mixture if it is chilled. Use two knives or a pastry cutter to cut the mixture into crumbs.
