Tips

Checking Muffin Doneness

Checking Muffin Doneness

Check your muffins periodically while they bake. You'll know they're ready when their tops are golden.

Pan liners

Pan liners

If you have those wonderfully handy parchment sheets, create a "sling" by letting the ends hang over the sides of the pan (13x9) After the brownies cool they are easily lifted out to be cut on your cutting board! Parchment also cuts time off cookie baking, since ythere's no greasing and they can be reused!
