Recipe Description
Peanut butter filled Brownies

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 c sugar Topping
  • 1/2 c butter 1 c choc chip (6 oz) and 6 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs melted together
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 16 oz can Hershey's Choc syrup
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • Filling
  • 1 c confectioner sugar
  • 3/4 c peanut butter
  • 1/2 c butter
  1. Cream together , mixing well. Pour into greased flourerd 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
  2. Cool, then prpare filling,spread over cake and cool in refrigerator before applying topping.
  3. Spread topping, refrigerate again and then cut into squares.

Yes, when I go to cook the Brownies, the edge is always hard and the center is not cooked .? Can someone help

temp might be too high, I get this too esp. with a darker pan. try lowering the temp 25 deg. and check when the time is almost up...
