Peanut butter filled Brownies
- 1 c sugar Topping
- 1/2 c butter 1 c choc chip (6 oz) and 6 tbsp butter
- 4 eggs melted together
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 16 oz can Hershey's Choc syrup
- 1tsp vanilla
- Filling
- 1 c confectioner sugar
- 3/4 c peanut butter
- 1/2 c butter
- Cream together , mixing well. Pour into greased flourerd 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
- Cool, then prpare filling,spread over cake and cool in refrigerator before applying topping.
- Spread topping, refrigerate again and then cut into squares.

Yes, when I go to cook the Brownies, the edge is always hard and the center is not cooked .? Can someone help

temp might be too high, I get this too esp. with a darker pan. try lowering the temp 25 deg. and check when the time is almost up...
