For angel food cakes

For angel food cakes, always use a totally grease-free cake pan to get the best volume.

Duncan Hines Orange Dream Cupcakes

These cupcakes are a Mother’s Day dream come true!

Ingredients:

•	1 box	Duncan Hines® Orange Supreme Cake Mix
•	1 box	Vanilla Pudding (not instant)
•	2 tbs	Orange rind (optional)
•	1 1/3 Cups	Water
•	1/3 Cup	Vegetable oil
•	3	Large eggs

Baking Instructions:


1		Preheat oven to 350°F for metal or glass pans, 325°F for dark or coated pans.

2		Place baking cups in muffin cups.

3		Follow directions on box and add in the box of vanilla pudding.

3		Follow rest of box instructions for cupcakes.

3		Frost with fluffy white frosting. Add decorations as desired.

Makes 24 cupcakes.
