You Will Need:
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Large Egg
- Prep: PREHEAT oven to 350°F for metal or glass pans, 325°F for dark or coated pans. GREASE bottom of pan with shortening or oil spray.
- Mix: EMPTY brownie mix, water, oil and egg in large bowl. STIR until well blended (about 50 strokes). POUR batter in pan and bake immediately.
- Bake: BAKE in an 8-inch square pan for 25-30 minutes. (Add 3-5 minutes to bake time for dark or coated pans.) BROWNIES are done when toothpick inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. COOL completely in pan on wire rack.
