  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 5 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Baking Instructions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 375°F. EMPTY cookie mix into large bowl. BREAK up any lumps.
  2. STIR egg, water and oil into cookie mix until thoroughly moistened. DROP rounded teaspoons of dough 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. BAKE in center of oven 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. COOL for 1 minute, then remove with a spatula to cooling rack.
  4. Alternative Instructions

    Low Fat Recipe: Prepare and bake cookies according to directions above, except using 1 egg, 2 tablespoons water and 3 tablespoons applesauce per pouch of mix. Cookies will be chewy.
